Shi Li Chang Di, also known as the Jimei and Xinglin Sea Dike, was constructed in October 1955 by the people of Xiamen. This elegantly named ‘Shi Li Chang Di’ or ‘Xiamen Sea Dike’ spans a length of 2,820 meters.
In the same year, the people of Xiamen transformed the 5.2 square kilometers of Xinglin Bay into an artificial lake.
This location is an excellent place for a leisurely walk. The embankment section is densely planted with trees, where the sea breeze rustles the leaves, offering visitors the opportunity to fully enjoy the tranquility and comfort bestowed by nature.
The dusk and night views here are also very beautiful, making it a paradise for photography enthusiasts.
It is open all year round, 24/7, with specific business hours subject to daily opening conditions.
