ShiBaShui Scenic Area is one of the attractions in Hezhou City, adjacent to GuPo Mountain Scenic Area, and surrounded by other attractions such as YuShi Forest and HuangYao Ancient Town, which can be visited based on personal interest. The scenic area is known for its beautiful natural scenery, especially for its numerous large-scale waterfalls with high drops, making it an ideal place for waterfall viewing. Visitors can enjoy hiking, mountain viewing, playing in the lake, and tasting ecological cuisine, offering a rich variety of activities. The area of ShiBaShui Scenic Area is not large, and it can be toured on foot within about 2 hours. There is a small hill to climb within the scenic area, but there are well-developed plank roads all the way, and the hill is not high, making it suitable for the elderly and children. The scenic area is mainly divided into two parts: the waterfall area in the mountains and the lake area at the foot of the mountain. The waterfall area in the mountains is the core landscape of the scenic area, and hiking to view the waterfalls is the main activity for visitors. The hiking trail in the scenic area can be considered a loop, where one can see more than a dozen waterfalls along the way, with rapid and clear water, all of which are very beautiful. Among them, HuangChou Waterfall, ShenLong Waterfall, Fairy Waterfall, and DaFo Waterfall are the main four, which are worth a special visit. The shapes of the waterfalls vary, with some being broad waterfall groups and others being clear streams hidden in the cliffs. DaFo Waterfall, with its layered and large scale, is a key landscape within the scenic area. The lake area at the foot of the mountain refers to the area near XiangSi Lake after entering the scenic area. XiangSi Lake was originally a natural lake, and the scenic area has now built some antique buildings by the lake, creating a garden-like lake view. There is also a swimming and water play area on one side of the lake, where swimming is allowed, making it a good place for summer cooling and entertainment. Opening hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 all year round.
