Located not far southwest of Xianju City, Shicang Cave has been mined for over 1200 years since the Song Dynasty. It comprises more than a hundred large and small caves, all interconnected. The largest cave spans over 300 square meters, while the smallest is around ten square meters. The main cave is situated on the hillside of Feifeng Rock, overlooking the Yong’an River. From a distance, one can admire the layered mountains and the river flowing like a ribbon, with vast green fields in view, making it an ideal place for leisure and rejuvenation. The opening hours are subject to the day’s operational status.
