Shimen Temple

Shimen Temple was built in the Ming Dynasty. Surrounded by mountains on three sides and with water visible in front. Behind the mountain is the Huangsha Reservoir, which is in the shape of a heavenly dragon dancing and holding a pearl. The ancient Shimen Temple is exactly at the position of the pearl held by the heavenly dragon. In history, eminent monks and virtuous people became monks or resided here. Later, it served as an anti-Japanese station for the Dongjiang Column.
