Shuanghe Valley is composed of an underground river valley, sinkholes, and a gypsum cave, boasting a rich underground karst topography. Known as the ‘Four Wonders of Shuanghe Valley,’ it includes the ‘domestic underground river valley’ and the ‘underground terraced fields spectacle.’ The underground river valley features diverse stone wall shapes and beautiful patterns, with emerald green and deep waters, resembling a great work of art.

Surrounded by sheer cliffs, the sinkholes are lush with vegetation, and the waterfalls cascading from the top are magnificent. At the bottom of the sinkholes, gentle streams flow alongside vast native banana forests and bamboo groves, creating picturesque scenery. The ‘underground terraced fields spectacle’ in the dry cave is astonishing in scale. Visitors can also take a ride inside the cave for an experiential tour, traveling through the 400-million-year-old Shuanghe gypsum cave and embarking on a journey through time and space.

Opening hours: Open all year round from 08:30 to 17:00.
