Shuangzhu Park is divided into eight distinct areas, which include the fishing area, children’s activity area, animal exhibition area, sightseeing tour area, park management area, sports activity area, elderly activity area, and quiet leisure area.
Within the park, there are large and small Pearl Islands formed in the lake, with mushroom pavilions built on the islands; a three-arch ‘Hanbi Bridge’, a traditional archway, an octagonal pavilion, a fish viewing corridor, a waterside pavilion, artificial hills, three garden gates, and a children’s playground have been constructed. A circular lake cement path for touring and part of the walls have been built; snow pines, dragon cypresses, weeping willows, dawn redwoods, crape myrtles, and flowering shrubs are planted, with a total of 1100 meters of hedges.
