Shuilian Mountain Forest Park is located in Shuilian Community, Nancheng District, Dongguan City, and is one of the six major forest parks in Dongguan City. The park covers an area of approximately 6000 acres, with the main peak reaching an elevation of 378 meters. It boasts lush forests, beautiful scenery, pleasant climate, and, compared to the surrounding mountains, Shuilian Mountain stands out for its affinity with water, making it a place of extraordinary natural beauty.
To date, several main attractions and supporting facilities have been restored and constructed, including Shui Lian Dongtian, Tianchi, Mengxi Exploration, Ancient Temple Square, Shuilian Mountain Lake, Garden within Garden, and Xiao Penglai Pavilion, along with 12 pavilions and towers. The western part of the park has been largely completed, with a relatively complete set of hiking trails leading to various scenic spots within the park. Additionally, the Nancheng District Office has carried out restoration work on the damaged mountain bodies and forest landscapes within the park, planting a large number of trees and shrubs, with over a hundred species of trees, making it a botanical garden exhibition and educational base for the city.
