The Shun Emperor Palace and Hui Gong Mausoleum scenic spot is located in the east section of the South Ring Road, Puyang County, Puyang City, Henan Province. It was built in memory of Hui Gong, the progenitor of the Zhang surname. The site is open all year round from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
