Shunjiang Park, invested and constructed by the Quanzhou Licheng District Government in 2008, is divided into two main areas: a square and a sightseeing zone, covering an area of 400 acres.
Located at the intersection of Jiangbin Road and Shunjiang Bridge in Licheng District, downstream of the Jinjiang River, outside the flood discharge area of the Xinmen sluice, it stretches from the flood control embankment in the east to the Jinjiang River in the west, borders Fengze District in the north, and reaches Shunjiang Road (connected to Shunjiang Bridge) in the south, echoing with the Shisun Park opposite Shunjiang Road.

The park consists of a main square and a central axis square, with the main square covering about 20,000 square meters, featuring 17 large stone sculptures of the chest-thumping dance group with Quanzhou folk culture and a stone archway in the style of southern Fujian ancient architecture, as well as a music fountain and garden features.

The sightseeing area includes pedestrian sightseeing paths, artificial lakes, stone arch bridges, landscape features, and greening. The park is connected to the Xinmen Boutique Street in the city, the Jiangbin Book Wholesale Market, and the Walmart shopping mall, beautifying the city, gathering popularity, and promoting the economic prosperity of the Xinmen Street, Jiangbin Road, Fuqiao, and other business circles as well as the old city area.

It is open all year round, 24 hours a day.
