There is a picturesque scenic area located in Pingyang, Nanyangdang Mountain, Pingyang County, Wenzhou City. From Wanhe Shengzhong to Fanyan Bridge, the green mountains flank the stream, flowing in an ‘S’ shape through Shunxi Town into Yuexi. This is Shunxi. Originating from the north and south slopes of the Dajingyang Mountain, it has been a bamboo raft transportation route from Shunxi Town to Shuitian Town since the Ming Dynasty, and many tourists traveled by raft in Shunxi during the Qing Dynasty. The poem by Zeng Qing Sunqiangming is a reflection of the scenery here. The Chen’s Ancient Residences and scenic spots such as ‘Wanhe Shengzhong’ and ‘Huiyin Bridge’ are representatives of Shunxi’s cultural and natural landscapes.
