Introduction
Completed in 1977, with a total storage capacity of 547,500 cubic meters. It has a dam, spillway, two water conveyance pipes and one power station. The dam is a masonry gravity dam. The dam is 21.8 meters high and the dam crest is 93 meters long. The spillway is overflow on the dam crest. The installed capacity of the power station is 160 kilowatts. The annual water supply is 300,000 cubic meters and irrigates 4,600 mu of farmland. There is a hot spring upstream of the reservoir area’s river course, and the Jinshanling Great Wall is on the north side.
