Sifang Mountain Shaolin Temple is located at the foot of Sifang Mountain, at the junction of three provinces: Chongqing, Sichuan, and Guizhou, and is a rare ancient Zen Buddhist temple in the southwest region. The temple was expanded in the spring of the year Renchen and completed in the autumn of the year Yiwei. High monks from Quanzhou Shaolin Temple were invited to preside over the temple, inheriting Zen Buddhism and Shaolin martial arts, hence the name Sifang Mountain Shaolin Temple. It is open all year round from 07:00 to 18:00.
