The site of Tianheng Stockaded Village is located in the Penglai Pavilion scenic area. It is rectangular in shape, with a length of 120 meters from east to west and a width of 80 meters from north to south. The stone tablet of ‘Site of Tianheng Stockaded Village’ on the south side is inscribed by calligrapher Dakang. This Tianheng commemorative column is 7 meters high and is carved from granite. The four reliefs on its sides respectively show four scenes of ‘gathering’, ‘drilling’, ‘attacking’, and ‘founding a country’. On the west side is a statue of Tianheng. He stands facing north, with an imposing manner, as if shouting, ‘How can I serve as a subject facing north?’ His majestic posture is awe-inspiring and magnificent.
