Song Yuk Sang Square is directly facing the Avalokitesvara statue in the Dynasty area. It is long and strip-shaped and located in the commercial center area of Macau. The square is built in memory of the late outstanding figure in Macau, Song Yuk Sang. Song Yuk Sang is a Macanese of Portuguese descent and once served as the president of the Legislative Council of Macau. In the center of the square, there is Song Yuk Sang Park. Surrounded by office buildings, it is a good place for office workers to take a break in the afternoon and for tourists to rest.
