Squirrel Forest Paradise is located in Chongqing Youyang, a county known for its climate tourism in China. The park boasts an impressive concentration of negative oxygen ions, reaching up to 85,200/cm³. It features thrilling amusement rides, adorable and approachable pets, a children’s area filled with laughter and joy, and educational and entertaining science popularization. Among its attractions, ‘Alone in the World, Soaring in the Mountain Streams’ is one of the earliest track-based amusement rides to enter mainland China, and ‘Meng Chong Paradise’ offers over 30 interactive viewing projects, including national first-level endangered wild animals.
The park is structured as a large-scale mountain family interactive park in Southwest China, integrating vacation, leisure, entertainment, adventure, and scientific research. The park is open year-round from 09:00 to 16:00.
Preferential policies: Children: Free for those under 6 years old (inclusive) or under 1.2 meters in height (inclusive); half price for those aged between 6 and 18 years old (inclusive). Students: Half price for full-time university undergraduates and below (excluding postgraduates). Elderly: Half price for those aged between 60 and 64 years old (inclusive) with valid identification (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan passes). Military personnel: Free with valid identification such as officer’s ID, active duty soldier’s ID, Armed Police officer’s ID, military retired cadre’s ID, Five Forces veteran’s ID, and preferential treatment certificate. Disabled: Free with disability certificate (obvious disability), revolutionary disabled soldiers.
