The inaugural exhibition of START Art Museum is open throughout the year. Tuesday to Friday, the museum is open from 10:00 to 17:30. On Saturdays and Sundays, the visiting hours are extended to 10:00 to 18:30. The museum is closed on Mondays all year round. During public holidays such as New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day, the museum opens from 10:00 to 18:30.
Preferential policies are in place for children, elderly, disabled individuals, military personnel, and students. Children under 1.2 meters (inclusive) enter for free. Elderly individuals aged 70 and above (inclusive) also enter for free. Disabled individuals with valid identification enter for free. Active military personnel with valid identification enter for free. Full-time undergraduate students and below (excluding adult education) with valid student identification receive a 20% discount. Faculty and staff with a teacher’s certificate also receive a 20% discount.
