Sun Bay Road is located within the Yalong Bay tourism resort area and is the essential route from Yalong Bay to the Sun Bay Park Hyatt Resort. This scenic coastal road, nestled between Yalong Bay and Sun Bay, is surrounded by mountains on one side and the sea on the other, spanning approximately 6 kilometers, offering a tranquil and secluded experience.
Upon entering Sun Bay Road, you truly step into a realm where mountains meet the sea. At the beginning of Sun Bay Road, on the left, a small river flows into the sea. With the tides ebbing and flowing, it’s hard to distinguish where the seawater ends and the river water begins. The only indication is the intertidal mangroves, constantly feeling the blessings between the ocean and the stream.
Here, clusters of mangroves form a natural spectacle. White storks and waterfowl perch atop the branches as if they too are on vacation, either standing in a daze or leisurely flying about.
