Sunhu Flower Sea is located on both sides of Sunhu Road in Hongtang Street, Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, covering an area of approximately 400 acres. Originally planned as controlled land, it was requisitioned but not yet developed. During the transitional period, Jiangbei District has utilized this idle land to develop a ‘flower sea economy’. Every blooming season, Sunhu Flower Sea inevitably becomes a trending topic on social media, truly becoming the backyard garden for the people of Ningbo.
The flower sea is divided into sections, with different periods for planting flowers, which extends the entire flower sea’s blooming period.
