Suolan Bridge is the fifth bridge on Su Causeway in West Lake. Built in the Northern Song Dynasty, it is a semicircular stone arch bridge. It is named Suolan Bridge because the water surface of the outer West Lake to the east is sparkling, with many pleasure boats and strong dynamism. After passing Suolan Bridge, the water surface of Xili Lake becomes very calm. On Suolan Bridge, you can have a close look at Xiaoyingzhou and look into the distance at Baoshu Pagoda.
