Yingtian Pagoda is situated atop Ta Mountain (Flying Peak) on Jiefang South Road in Shaoxing City. It is a brick and wood structure pavilion-style tower with a hexagonal plan, consisting of 7 levels and reaching a height of 37.91 meters.
The tower is constructed with brick and stone, featuring an internal spiral staircase, wooden eaves, and brackets. At each corner of the tower, cylindrical supports are built to lean against, and every level has a door leading to a corridor, with wooden railings outside the corridors. The tower tapers from the base upwards, with a solemn design and harmonious colors.
