Taiwan Restoration Monument

The Restoration Monument is located in the Chongqing Anti-Japanese War Sites Museum in Nan’an District. It was jointly built by the Central Committee of the Taiwan Democratic Self-Government League and the Chongqing Municipal Government. The dates of recovery, ‘1945·10·25’, are engraved on both the front and back of the monument. A 260-character inscription is engraved on the back of the monument. The Restoration Monument truly restores the historical facts of restoration and shows the world that this place has been an inalienable part of China’s territory since ancient times. Opening hours: open all day throughout the year.
