Taizhou Bay Wetland Park is located in the eastern new district of Taizhou City. It is in the north of the core cluster of Taizhou Bay Circular Economy Industrial Agglomeration Area, to the west of Juhai Avenue, to the south of Xiandai Avenue, to the east of Shitiao River, and to the north of Lvmai South Road. It covers an area of about 1431 mu. The park mainly includes four functional zones: wetland service area, wetland flower sea amusement area, wetland conservation area and high-efficiency purification area. It covers multiple projects such as boating in the lake center, fun barbecue, outdoor competition, leisure fishing, art flower sea and ecological popular science garden. Taizhou Bay Wetland Park is planned to be built into a high-quality ecological and cultural scenic spot integrating sightseeing, leisure and entertainment, cultural popular science and wedding park functions, with the historical and cultural connotations of Taizhou City, water forest and bird release as the landscape features. Combined with the landscape space structure of one lake and six belts, it creates rich small landscape areas, diverse and changing ring lake moving lines, soft-scenery diverse waterfront lines, and wonderful ring lake landmarks. The wetland will take surrounding citizens, enterprise employees and tourists as the main service objects. Through the organization of elements such as green space, water system and greenway, around the open and unique square landscape space, full and comfortable green ecological space, and diverse and rich waterfront tourist green space organization, in general, it emphasizes the modern interpretation of Taizhou culture and the full creation of the natural ecological environment. It is a three-dimensional, natural and open wetland park with ‘blue ring and green embrace, water and green pearl’.
