Taizhou Luqiao District Museum is a public institution funded by the government. It was established in August 1996. On December 28, 2011, according to Document Lu Bian [2011] No. 51, one additional staff member was added. Currently, there are three staff members. Job responsibilities: Be responsible for the administrative management of cultural relics in the entire district and protect all cultural relics within the jurisdiction; legally supervise the cultural relics circulation market; assist public security, procuratorial, judicial, and judicial administrative organs in solving cultural relics illegal cases and provide technical appraisals. Excavate, collect, preserve, display, and study historical objects representing nature and human beings; provide physical materials for scientific research and cultural education for society. Opening hours: Open from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year from 09:00 to 17:00; closed all day on Monday throughout the year.
