Tangkeng Village, formerly known as Yin Keng and Yang Shi, is one of the more historically significant villages in the Nansha District. According to the ‘FuYuan County Town Village Records’, Zhu Wenqing settled here during the Yuan Dynasty’s Zhizheng period and established the village, which has a history of over 600 years.
