Tangwei Village, a well-preserved and large-scale ancient village from the Ming and Qing dynasties, is located in Dongguan. The ancient architecture here is distinctively characterized by red stone walls. Due to the good atmosphere within the village, there are numerous academies. Currently, the ancient village houses 19 academies and 21 ancient banyan trees.
The Li Clan Ancestral Hall is majestic and has a long history. The village wall, built during the Ming Dynasty, is one of the best-preserved ancient village walls in Dongguan City, making it a must-see attraction.
