Tengtou Ecotourism Area is located between Fenghua and Xikou. It is a small Jiangnan town with characteristics of water towns. The scenic area is divided into east and west zones and a student social practice base. The east zone is the old area, including Pigeon Square, Fountain Square, agritainment, Lihua Lake, Bonsai Garden, Thousand Fish Park, etc.
The west zone is the new area, where there are various picking gardens of seasonal fruits and flowers, as well as Sun Valley Square, Stone Window Museum, and rural barbecue area. Among them, Tengtou Stone Window Museum has a unique style and profound cultural connotations. Stone windows are part of ancient Chinese architecture and have an important page in the history of Chinese stone carvings. The ancestors of China carved some ordinary stone slabs with patterns of birds and beasts, pattern lines, characters, and figures, which have extremely high collection value.
The scenic area combines the ecological environment with the village and integrates the characteristics of ancient architecture, presenting a beautiful Jiangnan rural scenery with shady trees, circulating clear waters, alternating flowers and fruits, and chirping of hundreds of birds. Here, you can eat farm food, watch small animal shows, visit ancient architecture art galleries, experience being a ‘farmer’, and experience the simplicity and leisure of rural life.
