2024 The Color Run Shanghai Station Registration Details:
I. Event Time and Location
1. Event Date: October 26, 2024 (Saturday)
2. Event Time:
– Morning session: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
– Morning session departure: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
– Afternoon session: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
– Afternoon session departure: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
– Participants will start in batches with intervals of 5-10 minutes.
3. Event Location: Mid-section of Senlan Green Space, Pudong New Area, Shanghai
II. Registration Time
Registration will be open until all slots are filled. Given the popularity of The Color Run in Shanghai, all spots may be taken quickly. Runners are advised to register at the earliest opportunity. Participants can check their registration results on the official mini-program of The Color Run after the registration period ends in Shanghai.
III. Registration Method
1. All registrations for the 2024 The Color Run Shanghai Station will be done online.
2. Participants must accurately fill in their personal registration information through the official website, official WeChat mini-program, or authorized third-party registration platforms.
IV. Eligibility
(1) Age requirement: Participants must be 6 years old or above (born in 2018). Minors under 18 must have their legal guardians or representatives sign the participation statement.
(2) Health condition requirement: Participants with the following health conditions should not participate:
– Congenital and rheumatic heart disease patients;
– Hypertension and cerebrovascular disease patients;
– Myocarditis and other heart disease patients;
– Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia patients;
– Diabetics with high or low blood sugar;
– Those who have had a cold within two weeks before the event;
– Other patients with diseases not suitable for sports;
– Pregnant women;
– Those with respiratory diseases or dust allergies.
V. Notes
1. Registrants should fill in their registration information truthfully and accurately (name, gender, valid ID number, contact phone number, etc.).
2. After filling in the registration information truthfully, submit the information and pay the full registration fee. You can check the registration results on the official mini-program after the registration period ends for The Color Run Shanghai Station. Participants who have successfully registered will be able to collect their race materials with their order-generated QR code and signed disclaimer. The event allows for proxy collection of race materials. The proxy should bring the original proxy document, the original signed disclaimer, the participant’s race material collection code, and the proxy’s valid ID original or copy.
4. Once registration is successful, registration information cannot be changed.
5. Refund conditions: Two weeks before the competition day and within the normal working hours of customer service personnel of each ticket purchasing platform (10:00 – 18:00), ticket purchasers can apply for a full refund if they need to return tickets. The refund application deadline is 18:00 on September 6, 2024. The above refund only supports full refund for the entire order (only full refund for all tickets in the entire order is supported). As of 18:00 on September 6, 2024, refund applications will no longer be accepted.
6. Admission rules: Admission is by presenting the valid identity document of the registrant filled in during ticket purchase for real-name verification.
7. Due to the long production period of competition clothing, it has been produced before registration. The quantity of some sizes is limited. Please understand and cooperate.
8. Prohibited items include flags, flagpoles, banners, streamers, prohibited foods, controlled knives, lighters, cold fireworks, items prohibited on Shanghai rail transit, and colored powder not from the official The Color Run.
VI. Registration fee standards
1. Early bird price for classic participation package is 218 yuan/person; normal price: 238 yuan/person.

VII. Others
Matters not covered herein will be notified separately. The right to interpret these regulations belongs to the organizing committee. If there is any ambiguity between Chinese and English, the Chinese interpretation shall prevail.
