Bajing Garden is located within Jing’an Park. According to the records in the ‘Jing’an Bayong Collection’ compiled by Yuan Dynasty monk Shou Ning, the eight scenes are: Chiwu Stele, Chen Dynasty Cypress, Xia Zi Tan, Lecture Terrace, Hu Du Lei, Springing Well, Lu Zi Ferry, and Green Cloud Cave. The current Bajing Garden in Jing’an is primarily based on the eight historical scenes of Jing’an Ancient Temple, using traditional Chinese gardening techniques such as creating a sense of vastness in small spaces and using screens to create depth, to organically combine the eight scenes and create a new garden. Open from January 1st to December 31st, 08:30 to 17:00.
