The Former Site of the British Asiatic Petroleum Company was built in the 1910s to 1920s. It was originally a residential building.
This building is a two-story veranda-style building with a construction area of 680 square meters. The building features the representative exposed red brick walls and Gothic pointed arch windows of the British Victorian era.

The building’s plane is square. It faces northeast and sits southwest, with a four-slope roof, and there is a small protruding room on the front of the roof.
