The Future Theater features a horseshoe-shaped design. It spans over 3,700 square meters of construction area and is conveniently located adjacent to the West Third Ring Road. The theater is divided into two levels. The first floor accommodates 586 seats and the second floor houses 147 seats, totaling 733 seats.
