Ink and Brush Palace is a national intangible cultural heritage production protection demonstration base in Shanghai, planned, constructed, and operated by Shanghai Zhou Hu Chen Cao Su Gong Ink and Brush Co., Ltd. It is located in Building 16, Tea Shore Cultural and Creative Park, No. 1300, Jun Gong Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai.
Within the Ink and Brush Palace, Cao Su Gong and Zhou Hu Chen continue the production of intangible cultural heritage, maintaining interconnectivity and interaction with cultural and museum tourism, research and study of intangible cultural heritage, intangible cultural heritage creative products, and scientific research on intangible cultural heritage.


It has become a new base for the living protection and inheritance of Shanghai’s intangible cultural heritage and a new highlight for urban industrial tourism.
Opening hours are from February 20th to December 31st, open Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00; closed all day on Mondays; closed from February 8th to February 19th.
