The building is of reinforced concrete and brick structure, with axial symmetry. The building facade emphasizes vertical lines, featuring the characteristics of the Art Deco style that was popular in the United States and East Asian cities at that time. The thin and simple concrete semi-circular arched awning at the building entrance has the characteristics of the Secessionist architecture that was emerging in Japan at that time.
