At No. 131, Zhulinli, Jiefang West Road, Haikou – the ancestral home of Mr. Qiu Bingheng. Built in 1919, it is a typical residential house in northern Hainan. It is a brick-wood two-entry courtyard house with three rooms. The main house faces south and there are wing rooms on the east and west sides. This is the site of the representative conference of the Communist Party of Qiongya. Passing through the porch on the left side of the courtyard, you can see the small courtyard where the old site building is located. Here there is a 30-meter-long and 3-meter-high relief sculpture, vividly showing people the entire history of the revolutionary struggle of the people of Qiongya, through the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation until the liberation of Hainan Island.
