The theme sculpture ‘The Soul of the Ou River’ is located in the urban imagery area on the east side of Yingxing Tower along the Binjiang Landscape Belt. The entire sculpture is massive in shape, with the main sculpture irregularly winding and flowing, full of variation, grand yet agile, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding environment. The design is inspired by the water system map of the Ou River within the territory of Lishui. The sculpture is engraved with a water pattern background, symbolizing the long-standing and ceaseless flow of the Ou River. It is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
