In front of the Ten Thousand Buddhas Pavilion, there are two ancillary halls to the east and west. The western ancillary hall, Man Hui Hall, was demolished along with the Ten Thousand Buddhas Pavilion. The eastern ancillary hall, Bao Ji Hall, has been preserved. The two bases of the Ten Thousand Buddhas Pavilion were used in the renovation project of Tiananmen Square in 1970. The Stele of the Ten Thousand Buddhas Pavilion still exists and has been relocated to the northwest corner of Beihai Lake, serving as a testament to history. The site remains open for tourists to visit. The site is open all year round, with full-day access, although the specific operating status depends on the day’s opening conditions.
