The street parade activity in Tong’an Ancient City in 2025 will be officially held on the evening of January 18. This street parade activity is divided into five themes: “Millennium Silver City, Folk Arts Usher in Spring, Industrial Takeoff, Blessings Filling the Ancient County, and Harmony Across the World”. The performance phalanxes include dragon and lion dance phalanxes, big drum and parasol phalanxes, chegu dance phalanxes, Song Jiang formation phalanxes, opera phalanxes, and Fujian ship phalanxes, etc., allowing you to experience the festive and peaceful festival atmosphere.
The launching ceremony and starting point of the street parade are both set in Shuangxi Park, the intersection of the Dongxi River and Xixi River, the mother rivers of Tong’an. On the evening of January 18, there will be a large-scale fireworks waterfall show and a performance of 1,000 drones. Let’s look forward to it together.
