San Jiao Lan Sheng is located at the southern end of Xingcheng Seaside. On three exposed reefs that rise and stretch in the sea, there is an elegantly shaped sea-viewing pavilion. One is called “Xuelang Pavilion” and the other is “Yingxia Pavilion”. The names of the pavilions were written by the famous calligrapher Wang Kuncheng. The pavilions are connected by a trestle bridge. Truly, it can be described as “Three reefs are in love with the long curved bridge, and the wrinkled rocks play with the endless waves”.
There is an endless stream of tourists on the bridge. Some climb to the pavilions to watch the tides and listen to the waves, some take pictures with their backs to the sea relying on the pavilions, and some squat on the reefs to fish in peace. Everyone can find their own pleasure. If you happen to catch the ebb tide, the sea water inside “San Jiao Lan Sheng” recedes, and the beach is half-hidden and half-exposed.
