Located near the Wishing Tree in Lam Tsuen, Tai Po, the Tian Hou Temple has a long history dating back to the Qing Qianlong period. The temple features a two-part architectural layout with the main hall dedicated to the worship of the Sea Goddess, Tian Hou Niang Niang. Flanking the main hall are the Wenwu Hall and the Yi Ci, which honor Wenchang Dijun and Guan Sheng Dijun, respectively, and commemorate 12 martyrs who protected the village. The temple is open to visitors from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM all year round.
