Tiantongyuan Culture and Art Center is located in Changping District, Beijing. The first floor has a bookstore. The second and third floors contain a children’s book library, reading rooms, electronic book rooms, Changping history exhibits, art training facilities, theatrical experiences, and the 365 Art Life Cinema. The second floor also holds photographic exhibitions with detailed pictures and texts that show the historical development of Changping. The operating hours depend on the daily opening status.
