The art museum of the Academy of Arts of Tsinghua University is located on the first floor of area B of the building of the Academy of Arts of Tsinghua University. It has four exhibition halls with a total area of about 1800 square meters. Exhibition halls 1, 2, and 3 are connected and located on the south side. Exhibition hall 4 is an independent space on the north side.
Since its establishment, the art museum has held many successful exhibitions, including ‘Exchange Exhibition of Arts and Crafts Teachers from China, Japan, South Korea and the United States’, ‘Freedom without Boundaries – Six-person Exhibition of Contemporary Painting’, ‘Exhibition of Fine Oil Paintings in the 20th Century from the Collection of the National Art Museum of China’, ‘Seal Bay – Works Exhibition of John Walker’, and ‘Made in Germany – Exhibition of German Book Design Works’.
Opening hours: Closed all day on Monday throughout the year. Open from 09:00 to 17:00 from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year.
At present, Tsinghua University has suspended the visit of people outside the school.
