Tu Youyou’s Former Residence Exhibition Hall is located at Yao’s Residence on Kaiming Street, Haishu District, Ningbo City. This is where Tu Youyou used to reside in Ningbo. On May 1, 2021, after renovation, Yao’s Residence was transformed into Tu Youyou’s Former Residence Exhibition Hall and opened to the public with a fresh look. The exhibition hall promotes Tu Youyou’s life story, scientific achievements, and the cultural connotations of traditional Chinese medicine through display exhibitions, environmental arrangements, and the creation of activity platforms, spreading her spirit of innovation and dedication. It is open all year round, from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00 to 16:30.
