Located within the Xianguding Scenic Area, the Tudi Temple enshrines jade statues of the Earth God and Earth Mother. Each statue stands at a height of 1.6 meters and the total weight of the jade sculptures is approximately 16 tons. According to legend, they were the stewards of the fairy Xiangu, responsible for overseeing the land around Xianguding. Their divine birthday falls on the second day of the second lunar month, and every spring, people gather here to worship the Earth Deities, praying for abundant harvests and prosperous relationships. The temple’s opening hours and business status are subject to the day’s actual operating conditions.
