The Universiade Center Stadium has one underground floor and five floors above ground. Inside the stadium, there are an underground parking lot, competition rooms, media rooms, a journalist coffee shop, VIP stands, boxes, and a television live broadcast room. Among them, the two lower stands are set around the entire basin-shaped stadium.
