Its design embodies the poetic concept of ‘Breaking the clouds at dawn and dancing like a phoenix in the nine heavens’. The structure is characterized by its two hemispheres, one in the east and the other in the west, which together form an oval shape. The three-dimensional metal roof that covers the building is a striking feature, resembling a phoenix taking flight.
