The construction of Vientiane Park covers three major themes, namely parent-child, sports and wetland ecology. As a representative section for Jiangbei District to recommend the goals of ‘whole-region urbanization’ and ‘whole-region scenic area’, the Wantou Leisure Business District where Vientiane City Park is located enjoys unique resources of the Yaojiang River and Xinghu water system and has begun to take shape. In addition, there are three major theme parks planned in the section. Among them, in the park themed on parent-child, designs such as the central activity area, riverside lawn and main square are all gathered, and it will become a ‘playground’ at the doorstep of children.
