Wangxi Park, resembling a saddle in shape, is a large comprehensive park constructed in Benxi City, Liaoning Province. Upon ascending the park, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain city, with the Taizi River flowing through it, hence the name ‘Wangxi Park’.
The park is adorned with lush greenery, with pavilions and towers scattered at varying heights, rare birds and animals strolling leisurely, and exotic flowers in full bloom. Within the park, smaller gardens such as ‘Ji Fangyuan’, ‘Liu Yuan’, and ‘Fenghuayuan’ showcase their splendid beauty. The ‘Lianxin Bridge’ symbolizes the locking of true feelings, while the Swan Lake with its rippling waters and boating activities, and the peacock and crane garden with its flying birds create an atmosphere of tranquility and elegance. It is an oasis in the city and a popular spot for locals to relax and visit. The park is open all year round from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
