It consists of three main buildings: a standard ice hockey arena, a snow and ice building, and a landmark commercial complex. The main venue of the ice hockey arena, on the first floor, features an 1830 square meter IIHF standard ice rink, equipped with coaching rooms, rest rooms, physical recovery training rooms, and multifunctional media press rooms, among other facilities. The second floor has a seating capacity of 600 spectators. The underground area includes parking and sports leisure supporting commercial facilities. The Snow and Ice Building, covering an area of 12,700 square meters, mainly houses supporting facilities, including a high-quality hotel, event press center, as well as a swimming pool and gym. The landmark themed commercial street, spanning 17,000 square meters, is laid out with functions such as sports culture exhibitions, sports equipment sales, and sports training institution training.
