Wendu Water City’s Aisino Snow Park is a remarkable attraction as it stands as the first large-scale rooftop snow park in Beijing. Spanning a total construction area of 116,670 square meters, the park is a multi-level architectural marvel with two underground levels, five above ground levels, and a height of 29.5 meters. In certain sections, it extends to thirteen levels, towering up to 63.80 meters. The engineering roof, with its undulating design, slopes higher in the north and lower in the south, and is home to three distinct ski slopes.
For beginners, there is a slope that stands at a height of 10.5 meters with a length exceeding 50 meters. Intermediate skiers can enjoy a slope that rises to 25.2 meters with a length over 85 meters, while the advanced slope boasts a height of 37.8 meters and a length surpassing 140 meters. Aisino Snow Park has invested in top-notch equipment, importing advanced snow-making machines, snow grooming machines, snowmobiles, and specialized tows from the United States and Canada. Additionally, skiing equipment, including snowboards and skis, has been sourced from Japan.
The park itself covers an expansive area of 500,000 square meters, with the ski slope area alone accounting for 50,000 square meters. This area features a slope length of 800 meters and includes three ski slopes catering to beginners, intermediates, and advanced skiers. A 50,000 square meter parking lot is available for visitors, and supporting facilities such as the ski equipment room and restaurant occupy a total of 2,600 square meters.
Please note that the opening hours of the Aisino Snow Park are subject to the day’s operational status, so it’s advisable to check ahead for the most up-to-date information before planning your visit.
