Wolong Academy was built in the Southern Song Dynasty. It is an academy with a long history in eight counties of Tingzhou. It is an important cultural node of Changting, the capital of Hakka. The academy has a beautiful and quiet environment. The main buildings include a library, a lecture forum, a Wenchang Pavilion, a Truth-seeking Pavilion and a Huizhou-style ancient building donated by Jackie Chan – Longxue Pavilion.
