The Wulong Karst Geological Park is located in Wulong County, Chongqing City. It is situated in the lower reaches of the Wujiang River, a tributary of the Yangtze River. In March 2004, it was approved as the third batch of national geological parks by the Ministry of Land and Resources. In the park, karst cave groups, tiankeng groups, natural bridge groups, canyons, ground fissures, stone buds, peak forests, underground undercurrents, geysers and hot springs are widely distributed, with perfect combinations and complete varieties.
